It's Autumn and a perfect time to fill your home with that heart-warming aroma of fresh-baked bread. This is a tried-and-true bread maker recipe I've perfected over time for a moist, fluffy, flavorful, white loaf that goes perfectly with everything, especially butter! Prep time: Maaaybe 5 minutes. Bread-Maker time: 3 hours. Results: DELICIOUS!

Stir gently together in your bread-maker mixer:
1 c. luke-warm water
1 1/4 tsp. yeast
2 Tablespoons sugar
Let it set for about 5 minutes to activate and get bubbly then add:
3 cups white flour
2 more tablespoons sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Set your breadmaker to cook a 1 lb. loaf and push start!
